If you are not satisfied with your R. Culturi purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 5 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in unused, unworn, and unaltered condition with all original packaging.
1) Contact us with your name, order number, and clearly stated reason for requesting a refund or exchange. If you feel that you have received a faulty product, provide photos of the defects.
2) Wait for our confirmation of your request and any additional instructions.
3) Place the item(s) inside the original shipping box or another equivalent container with a proof of purchase and send to the address provided in your request confirmation.
4) Email us the tracking number of your return shipment so that we may efficiently track and fulfill your request.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you require items from your order to be individually packaged, mention this as a comment when checking out or contact us after you’ve placed your order.
